No. All plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel at any time with 14 days' notice. We earn your continued business through results, not contractual lock-ins. Some clients choose to prepay quarterly and receive a 10 per cent discount — ask us about this option during your discovery call.
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Starter plan and upgrade to Growth once they see the value of more frequent sessions. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and any unused session credits carry forward for one month.
Yes. If you need a standalone strategy session or a specific project such as a go-to-market plan, we can scope a custom engagement. Single coaching sessions are available at HK$2,200 per hour. For project-based work, we provide a detailed proposal with fixed pricing after an initial scoping conversation.
We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and FPS. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle with a 7-day payment window. For Enterprise clients, we can accommodate custom billing arrangements.
